No more waiting for a Contact Service Representative to give basic account information! You are able to listen to your account balances, deposits and your last five transactions. All you need to know is your member number and access code.
- Max 24 will allow you to know where you are in queue for the next available Contact Center Representative.
- Call Back Option – Don’t have time to wait? Keep your place in queue! Once it is your turn, a Contact Center Representative will return your call to the number you called from.
Remember: Always have your member number and access code when calling. If you cannot remember your access code or member number, after dialing the main number, press 4 to speak to a Contact Center Representative.
Q: What type of account information will I be able to listen to?
A: Basic account information such as balances, deposits, and last five transactions.
Q: What information should I have on hand in order to access the automated account option?
A: All you need to know is your member number and access code. Your access code is the same number you use to access MAX 24 (automated phone teller).
Q: How do I select the automated account information option over the phone?
A: After dialing the Transcend Credit Union main number, press 4 to speak to a Contact Center Representative. You will then be prompted to enter your member number and access code to retrieve the account information. If you don’t know your number, a Contact Center Representative will be able to provide that to you.
Q: Do I have to listen to my automated account information or can I bypass this option?
A: You do not have to take advantage of this feature. You can still elect to speak to a Contact Center Representative by pressing 4 after dialing the main number.
Q: I’ve listened to my automated account information, but I still need to speak to a Contact Center Representative. Do I need to hang up and call back in?
A: After listening to your automated information, you will have the option to speak with a Contact Center Agent or end the call.
Q: Is retrieving account information secure over the phone?
A: Retrieving account information over the phone is just as secure as it is today with our Max24, automated telephone teller service. As with any service that allows you to access it with an account number and PIN or Access Code, you need to be aware of your surroundings and make certain that no one can see what numbers you press, just as you would at an ATM or cash register PIN-pad.
